A: The first thing you need to do is be sure that you’ve completed all the mandatory courses required in your state.  Beyond that, there are two directions you can take.  One is to take the courses needed to complete a certification or designation.  For residential agents, the CRS designation is one of the most powerful options available.

If you’re not interested in a designation, pick classes that can help you master some of the challenges in your business.  That might be lead generation, negotiating, or working with culturally diverse clients.

And I suggest that you not simply rely on online classes.  Nothing can beat the energy (and networking opportunities) available with live classes.
