A: It’s great that you had time with your family this summer. And now is the time to get active again. You’ve probably let two critical areas of your business slide over the summer – lead generation, and follow-up.
How do you generate leads in your business? Are you finding expired listings? Working a geographical farm? If what you’ve tried in the past hasn’t worked, this is the perfect time to begin something new.
And don’t forget the follow-up! Start by committing to a regular schedule of follow-up contact with potential clients. Whether this is mailing, interacting via social media, or seeing people live (and I believe you should incorporate all three of these methods), develop a plan and stick to it.
