And if a buyer is out looking at that time of year, they are likely very serious about purchasing. Add to that the fact that most homes look their best over the holiday seasons, and you know have a logical reason to be listing a home at this time of year. The most important thing to do is to ask your seller what their motivation is for listing now. Rather than try to convince them to work on your timetable, it’s best to discover why listing now is so important.
