You may have seen a number of articles recently talking about how the Super-Mega home is making a comeback. While they make a decent argument that some people will always think bigger is better, I actually couldn’t disagree more. Our two largest buying segments of the market are the Baby-Boomers and Gen-Xers. Both of these generations are opting for smarter homes, greener homes, and efficient homes with better floorplans. This does not translate into bigger, it translates into a smaller home with efficient floorplans, more storage space, and better quality finishings.
