Q: Denise, I am trying to organize my business files – specifically files for clients. I would love a system that is portable for my active clients, as I am sometimes at my real estate office and other times at my home office. What do you suggest?

A: Great question! I have found that using a portable file system such as a briefcase to be unwieldy at times and paperwork can shuffle during transit. Therefore I like the flexibility of a portable file box with a handle. Hanging folders fit right in there so you can put your client files in and organize accordingly.
