This week’s design spotlight features the brand of our MASTERY agent David Croppi, of Bellevue. David became an independent agent in 2008, one of the worst years for real estate in recent history. However his dedication and passion for real estate and the people he serves are the secrets to his success. He desired a brand that would appeal to clients with expanding needs, such as those of teenage children and the demands of established careers.
David selected dark blues, metallic charcoal, and silver/chrome. These colors are both luxurious and functional, so they reflect well on his professionalism while revealing his friendly demeanor. The straight silver lines add a touch of polish to balance the dark palette. The monogram is shaded to emphasize depth. The background texture is marble that was colored specifically for his brand. The texture hankers back to David’s experience as the owner of a home improvement showroom and emphasizes his attention to detail.
