This week’s branding spotlight features the brand of International Home Realty based in Irvine, California. This branding project was not for a single agent, or even a team, but an independent and international brokerage, led by Jerry Koller. Jerry requested that we create a modern, unique look for his business that the agents on his team can apply consistently across both print and digital marketing. We created brand standards for IHR, complete with direct rules for applying the colors, fonts and graphics.

The contemporary brand features crisp white lines, a modern blue and aurora color palette, and a subtle pattern in the background that symbolizes modern connections. We selected fonts that are pre-installed on all PCs to ensure hassle-free template modification across his whole team. The background of his brand features sleek white-space, and all team members have modern circle-framed portraits.

Jerry has already applied his brand in a big way. He had a branded car wrap designed for his business that features his brokerage’s branding so he can proudly represent his brokerage everywhere he goes.
