There are brokers everywhere who ask me, “Denise, tell me just one thing I should do that would absolutely help me make money in my business.”

BUILDING WEALTH THROUGH REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS – REAL INVESTORS | SOUND ADVICE
The second new class that I developed is a very special class that I have never offered before although my clients have been asking for me to put this together. Now is the time!
This class is being co-taught by one of my long-term clients, Jay Agoado. Jay has implemented the concepts in this class and is a walking example of how to build a strong investment portfolio by following a proven formula. I have been a real estate investor for many years and have never before shared my investment tips in a class like this. This 2-day workshop will give you the solid foundation you need to make smart decisions when investing.
I think the key thing to know about this class is that it is not a class on getting rich quick or encouraging attendees to take risks. Furthermore, this class is not just for real estate agents! Some attendees have signed up their spouses and some have even asked if their clients can attend (they can!). But we only have 45 seats available and this class is well on its way to being sold out.
