The starting point: Kristy is a no-nonsense agent that takes her job and her clients seriously. She has used her custom brand for many years and felt ready for a refresh. She works in the Eastside area and along the waterfront, so she wanted to open up the design to give important content more space. Her unique color combination and footer style has helped her build significant brand equity, so we helped her remove excess colors and graphics to let the strongest brand elements shine.
The final design: We have removed the watermark photograph and the lilac branch to create functional white-space. A round and friendly sans-serif keeps the text legible and modern. A clean linear header contains important brokerage information apart from her marketing content. Kristy’s refreshed branding marks a fresh chapter in her business, and we are excited to be a part of it.
