Hi, everyone. I just want to wish everyone a fantastic Fourth of July.I don’t really want to talk about the real estate industry this week, but I do want to talk about how important it is for anyone in business, real estate agents or any professional, to just take time to be still. Enjoy the holidays. Enjoy vacation time.  Enjoy time with family and friends. Enjoy time doing nothing.

In our industry, we can struggle a lot with constant movement. We’re always on the go and always thinking, processing that next thing on the to-do list. We don’t have a lot of time to just be still.During this holiday, I really want you to be in the moment. Be with your friends and family, and take a break.  That’s what I’m going to be doing. I’m really excited for the upcoming holiday. I look forward to being still, doing the things that are really important to me, and spending time with the people who matter the most in my life. I want the exact same thing for you.

Remember, just like a fine-tuned machine needs to turn off from time to time, so do you. Please don’t hesitate to do that and relax. You’ll discover next week, when you’re back in the swing of things, you’ll probably be better rested and in a little better frame of mind.

I also want to thank everybody during these very difficult last few months with what has happened in our world with Covid-19. I have had a great opportunity to see the best in people. I have seen my clients shine as they step up and do amazing things for their clients. Always remember that what we do is important and we change people’s lives by being there for them during these troubled times. So thank you for being your best and giving back to your clients.

Now it’s time to give back to yourself. Please enjoy this holiday.
