Ask Denise: Scoring Points in Client Care

Q: “Denise, I am trying to amp up my communication to my sphere database and I remember something from a class of yours that has a numbering system for ranking communication. Can you remind me of that?”

A: Of course! That is my 36 Point System and a fantastic way to provide structure to any campaign you are trying to build. The premise is that you need to score 36 points per person over the course of a year. You can score your points by sending real estate information by mail, email, or video, contact them by phone, email, contacting them by phone or Zoom, providing a custom report, sending them a gift, and seeing them live.

For example, if you sent them four standard, but branded, quarterly reports per year, that would be worth 12 points total. Sending them an Annual Client Review? 6 points! Inviting them to an event and seeing them there live would net you nine points. You can easily create a simple plan that is a great fit for your business and a great fit for them with just a little structure using my 36 Point System.
