A: The best way to do that is to be yourself. If you start selling yourself or being overly-enthusiastic about real estate, it is going to turn people off. You are much better off to let the conversation meander naturally to what you each do for work. If they are interested in learning more, that is the opportunity to offer to send them information or set up an appointment, but if you go into your running club with a mission, it is going to send people running the other way.
Relax, enjoy, and have fun. The business will come naturally if you do.
