Q:  Denise, one of the top producers in my office is leaving and I want his office space. However, the cost is $300 more per month which I am a little nervous about, but I think I will do better in a private office. What do you think?

A:  I think you have identified what could be a great opportunity for growth for you. If you are feeling distracted in your current environment then the quiet of a private office may actually make you more productive and therefore, well worth the extra $300 a month. Could you imagine if your increased productivity resulted in one additional transaction per month? Go for it!
