Q: “Denise, I made an offer on a home for my client, asking for a response in 24 hours … but it’s been three days and I haven’t heard back from their agent.  When should I contact the agent again?”

A: Right now!  You owe your client the respect of getting an answer for them.  Maybe there is a reason the agent on the other side hasn’t called you back.  Call the agent again – and if you don’t hear back within an hour, call the agent’s manager or broker.  Push for an answer.  The broker needs to know that they have an agent who is practicing real estate unprofessionally.
