A: I like your angle. In fact, when I was first selling real estate, one of my mentors was this grizzled agent whose self-proclaimed secret to his success was doing the things that no one else wanted to do. In my market at that time, those were expired listings. Although expired listings are not your area of interest, you like the idea of being a contrarian. It served him well and will serve you well also.
