What’s In Your Toolbox?

Aranka Fruehauf’s toolbox starts with an attitude toward client care that is second to none – what we would call “concierge class client care.”

But it doesn’t stop with attitudes and beliefs! Aranka delivers on her promise of extraordinary client care.

Aranka’s clients receive custom-tailored communication from her. She doesn’t simply dash off an email – she follows up a carefully crafted email with a phone call, and an offer to talk “live”. When Aranka’s clients have an offer that is accepted, she shares a detailed calendar of what they can expect during the pending-to-closing process, and then supplements that printed calendar with a verbal discussion about how clients can best prepare for a smooth transition to closing. Each month, Aranka’s clients receive her newsletter… and it doesn’t include recipes! Instead, it contains real estate-related information that position her as a resource and expert. Clients also receive quarterly market reports and information about what is happening in our industry.

But don’t think that positioning yourself as an expert means you have to seem impersonal! Far from it! When Aranka’s clients move into their new home, she’s there – with a basket filled with champagne glasses, champagne, “we’ve moved” cards for her clients to mail to friends and family, and of course the keys to their new home. She even includes a marker so they can add a personal note to the card.

And it doesn’t stop there. Each quarter Aranka treats her clients to a little something – a gift card or discount to a local business! Client appreciation events are also a part of Aranka’s concierge class client care.
