Q:  One of your recent answers was about client appreciation events. I want to do one, but I am afraid no one will come. Can you give me a few ideas?

A:  I hear this so often from agents, and I understand completely. It’s possible the first couple of appreciation events might be lightly attended … but wait until the word gets out! While you’re building up a reputation for having a great event, why not consider partnering with a group of colleagues in your office, and having a shared event? Doing so allows you to split the cost, share the work, and lessen the likelihood of having no one show up. It’s a great, stress-free way to get started with this important part of your business.
